Shipping Policy – HypeScent
1. Order Processing and Production
All HypeScent products are made to order. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that production could take up to 2–3 weeks (maximum). This timeframe represents an accepted waiting period, not a standard or expected duration. In most cases, orders are produced significantly faster, and we make every effort to complete production as quickly as possible. Once production is completed, the order is shipped immediately.
2. Accepted Shipping Waiting Period
By completing a purchase, the customer explicitly agrees to allow up to 2–3 weeks (maximum) for shipping after the order has been dispatched. This waiting period is accepted at checkout, even though shipping is typically faster and orders are sent using the quickest available option.
3. Late Delivery Compensation
While we do not offer refunds for shipping delays, we sincerely value your patience. If your order exceeds our stated maximum production or shipping timeframes, we are sorry for the delay and will compensate you with complimentary soaps and/or samples included in your package as a token of our appreciation.
4. No Refunds After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, no refunds will be issued, including for shipping-related delays. By purchasing, the customer accepts that shipping timelines may vary due to carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped, when available. Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier.
6. When to Contact Us
If an order has not been received after the full accepted waiting period, the customer may contact our support team for assistance. We kindly ask customers to allow the accepted timeframe to pass before reaching out.
7. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
HypeScent is not responsible for issues caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Unclaimed or refused packages.

Unsuccessful delivery attempts.
In such cases, refunds or reshipments are not guaranteed.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
