Refund & Return Policy – HypeScent

Production and Shipping Timeframes

By placing an order with HypeScent, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All products are made to order. Production may take up to 2–3 weeks. This timeframe represents a maximum estimate, not a guaranteed or standard duration. In most cases, production is completed sooner.

  • Once production is completed, the order is shipped immediately, without intentional delay.

  • The shipping and delivery timeframe may take up to an additional 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and logistical factors.

  • By completing a purchase, the customer explicitly accepts these production and shipping timeframes, even if the order is processed and delivered faster than stated.

No Refunds for Processing or Shipping Delays

Delays related to production or shipping do not qualify for a refund, chargeback, or dispute. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by production processes, shipping carriers, customs clearance, or any circumstances beyond HypeScent’s direct control.

Late Delivery Compensation: While delays do not qualify for a refund, we value your patience. If an order exceeds our stated maximum timeframes, we are truly sorry for the wait; in these instances, we will compensate you by including complimentary soaps and/or additional samples with your order as a token of our appreciation.

Damaged or Missing Items

A refund or replacement may be considered only if valid proof is provided, including:

  • Clear photos or videos of the received package.

  • Visual evidence of the damaged or missing item.

  • Images of both the exterior and interior packaging.

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted without sufficient proof will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all HypeScent products are final sale and non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Soaps

  • Samples

  • Opened or used products

Once an order has been shipped, returns are not accepted.

Fragrance & Scent Disclaimer

Due to the inherently subjective nature of scent perception, individual opinions regarding fragrance strength, similarity, projection, longevity, or personal expectations do not constitute a product defect. Variations in how a fragrance is perceived may occur based on individual sensitivity, environment, body chemistry, or application method.

As such, dissatisfaction based on scent interpretation, comparison to other brands, or personal preference does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Cancellation requests submitted after payment may be refused at HypeScent’s discretion.

Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Packages

HypeScent is not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, unclaimed, refused, or returned to the sender. In such cases, refunds or reshipments are not guaranteed.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Any dispute or chargeback initiated without prior contact with our support team may result in the refusal of future orders. HypeScent reserves the right to provide this policy as supporting documentation to payment processors, Shopify, PayPal, or financial institutions in the event of a dispute.
